Jewelry & Artisan Exhibitor Agreement

Curation, Inventory, Displays
Jackie on Broadway, J on B, will provide the exhibitor with display space to showcase their collection. Each jeweler will curate their own collection and J on B will provide the displays necessary to exhibit the work in the space provided. J on B will not provide any display fixtures. The jeweler will provide J on B with a complete inventory list of every item exhibited in the store. This list may include a digital image inventory of each item on display at the discretion of the jeweler. The jeweler will clearly indicate the price for each piece and provide their own price tags on all merchandise. In addition, the inventory list should include the price for each item on display.

Sales & Marketing
Each exhibitor will provide J on B with a bio sheet, which may include links to their website and social media outlets. It is agreed that the exhibitor and J on B will exchange social media marketing opportunities to mutually benefit each other. J on B reserves the right to use images of the exhibitors work for marketing purposes, including J on B’s website and social media outlets. J on B recognizes the individuality of each exhibitor and respects the intellectual property rights of each individual’s work.

Pricing & Sales
Each jeweler will establish their own pricing. Markdowns and discounts will be applied solely at the discretion of the exhibitor. Exhibition space will be provided for a term of 6 months. J on B and the exhibitor will meet periodically to assess whether continued exhibition is in the best business interests of both parties. The exhibitor reserves the right to remove their merchandise at any time. J on B reserves the right to end the exhibition term at any time. J on B and the exhibitor will provide each other with a 30 day notice to changes in this agreement. It is agreed that any piece exhibited at J on B will entitle J on B to a 40% commission of the exhibited price. This includes sales of items on display at J on B that were sold through other means, i.e Etsy or the jeweler’s website for example. Each exhibitor will be responsible for warranting the quality and integrity of their merchandise. Returns for defects of workmanship or materials are the financial responsibility of the exhibitor. J on B provides no expressed or written warranty for exhibited merchandise.

Sold Merchandise
Proceeds from sold merchandise will be disbursed on the following percentage: 40% J on B 60% exhibitor. Exhibitors will be given notice when a piece is sold. Exhibitor proceeds will be paid on the 10th of each month via check. Checks will be available in the store for pick-up during normal business hours.

General Liability
Exhibitor warrants that they have full title to all exhibited items and will not hold J on B liable for any prior claim of title to those items. Jon B is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of merchandise under any circumstance during the term of exhibition. This agreement is binding for any and all items exhibited at J on B.
